Frequently asked questions
Is the image my baby's real face?+
It's a photorealistic reconstruction estimated by AI. We keep the features visible in the ultrasound (face shape, nose, lips, cheeks…) and tell you which ones are estimates. Eye, skin or hair colour never shows up in an ultrasound.
What ultrasound do I need?+
It works best with 3D or 4D ultrasounds where the face is visible, usually between weeks 26 and 32. If you have several images from the same scan, upload them all (up to 10): the AI combines them for a more faithful result.
Does a 2D ultrasound work?+
We need to see the baby's face, so 3D and 4D ultrasounds give by far the best result. With a 2D profile scan, the analysis will tell you which features can be kept and which would have to be estimated.
How much does it cost?+
The preview is free. HD packs are a one-off payment from €9.99, with no subscription.
What do you do with my photos?+
For the free trial we don't store the ultrasound, and the generated photo is only kept for 48 hours at most, so you can unlock it if you buy. The images you buy are kept for 12 months so you can download them and compare them once your baby is born, and you can delete them whenever you like. They are never used to train AI.
