1. The service

BabyEcoFace, owned by [Nombre o razón social], uses artificial intelligence to generate artistic images that estimate what a baby might look like based on their ultrasound. They are approximate reconstructions, not real photographs or medical predictions: features that cannot be seen in the ultrasound (skin, eye or hair colour, expression…) are always an estimate. The service does not replace any medical test or advice. All images are generated by AI and also state so in their metadata.

2. Who can use it

You must be an adult and the baby's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to use the ultrasound and, where applicable, the baby's photo.

3. Proper use

• You may only upload ultrasounds and baby photos you have the right to use.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others or to create offensive content.
• You may use the generated images for personal purposes and share them freely, without presenting them as real photographs or as a diagnosis.

4. Free trial

You can generate one blurred preview for free each day. So that you can unlock that same photo if you buy, we keep its sharp version for 24 hours; it is deleted automatically after 48 hours at most.

5. Prices and packs

Prices include VAT. They are one-off payments, with no subscription or renewals:

• HD Pack (€9.99): 3 HD reconstructions without watermark, Faithful, Photorealistic and Newborn modes, “Check the result” after birth.
• Complete Pack (€19.99): 10 HD reconstructions, Ages from newborn to 6 months and all styles, Includes 1 Ultra HD version for printing, “Check the result” after birth.
• Keepsake Pack (€29.99): Everything in the Complete Pack, Digital album: ultrasound → analysis → photograph → real baby, To share with the family and print.
• Keepsake Album (€9.99): adds the digital album to a pack you already bought.

Unlocking the preview photo counts as one of the pack's HD reconstructions. The reconstructions included in a pack can be used for 12 months from purchase. If a generation fails, it is not deducted from the pack.

6. How to buy

1. You choose a pack and accept these terms and immediate delivery.
2. On Stripe's secure payment page you review the amount and your details, and can correct them or cancel before paying.
3. Once you pay, the pack is activated instantly and we email you the access link to your purchase.

The contract is concluded in the language in which you use the website. We do not archive an individual contract document: these terms, with their update date, are always available on this page.

7. Delivery and right of withdrawal

Packs are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, we ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Even so, if you have a technical problem with your purchase, write to [email de contacto] and we will fix it or refund the unused amount.

8. Shared links

Comparisons and albums you choose to share are visible to anyone with the link. You can stop sharing or delete them at any time.

9. Liability

We work to make the service run well, but AI results may vary and we do not guarantee any specific likeness to the real baby. We are not responsible for how third parties use the links you share. Nothing above limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

10. Complaints

Write to [email de contacto] with any complaint: we will reply within one month at most. We are not currently part of any consumer arbitration scheme. As a consumer, you can also contact the consumer protection services of your country or region.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence.
